As a part of the customer service team, I act as the face of Life Time Fitness. I know that I can deliver a great customer service experience that people will remember even after they’ve left. Even the simple things like greeting everyone with a smile and thanking members for coming in can make a big difference in their days. My job is always busy, but I’m at my best when there is a lot going on!
