As a Nutrition Coach with Life Time, I’m able to support my clients using nutrition and supplementation to create a well-balanced fitness plan. When I became a Registered Dietitian, I knew I wanted to be in a healthy environment with other people who shared my enthusiasm for nutrition as it pertains to weight loss and optimal health. At Life Time, I get to be innovative and creative in how I support members. Whether creating a balanced meal plan or taking a client on a trip to the grocery store, my time is spent working both one-on-one and with teams. It’s so motivating to educate members on healthy eating habits and to do something different every day!
