Description
The role of the racquetball coordinator is to grow the racquetball membership and provide outstanding customer service to its members per Life Time standards. Coordinators will promote, sell and organize all racquetball club programs and deliver the racquetball "CIC" experience with the support of the Activity Center staff.
Expectations:
The racquetball coordinator is responsible for the following:
1. Work 3 prime time nights plus any events on the weekend
2. Improve racquetball club NPS scores
3. Grow racquetball club interest numbers monthly
4. Promote, organize, sell and host all racquetball club programming
5. Meet revenue goals of their center
6. Increase court usage through mylt.com
7. Update racquetball club webpage weekly with league updates
8. Participate in the national racquetball calls
9. Meet with their MA DH with a business plan monthly
10. To ensure the activity center is aware and up to date with program start times with deadlines to enter. 1
1. Respond to members questions or concerns within 24 hours
Programs
- Leagues - 5 per year
- Racquetball beginner 101
- Monthly Big 16 events
- Tournaments
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred. - Six months to one year of racquetball experience.
