Description
As a specialized member of the Personal Training team, you will responsible for guiding members through invigorating and encouraging yoga practices. Promote a true mind/body balance through your effective teaching style, and utilize your persuasive sales ability to bring the art of yoga into the lives of others.
Fully develop your passion for yoga in beautiful, serene, contemplative, and non-competitive environment. We offer our Life Studio Yoga Instructors access to state-of-the-art studio space in a gorgeous atmosphere. Partner with other yogis who are dedicated to supporting you on your yoga path.
Responsibilities
Begin your day by guiding a group of members through a one-hour vinyasa yoga practice. After practice, chat with a member who is new to yoga and discuss the benefits of beginning a yoga practice.
Next, host a two-hour inversion intensive practice. Safely guide the group through a series of revitalizing and rejuvenating asanas.
After lunch, put the finishing touches on an upcoming workshop you are hosting which will focus on arm balances. Begin marketing this workshop to both current and potential participants.
Next, prepare yourself for your upcoming Hatha yoga class. Ensure that the studio is warm and inviting and that equipment is ready to go. Then, meet with a client for a private, one-on-one yoga session.
Round out your day by speaking to a potential class participant about a therapeutic asana which will help with a minor knee injury. Complete the member's Life Studio registration before heading home.
Qualifications:
- RYT-200 completed or in process. - Excellent organizational skills as well as demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
