As a member of the Personal Training management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Department Head in the overall direction, development, and management of the Personal Training department.

Responsibilities
Start your day with an all-team meeting, designed to support the development of each trainer on the team while promoting positive relationship building. Then, meet with your team of trainers one-on-one to discuss effective business planning. Ensure that your team is on track to hitting the month's revenue goals.
Next, meet with your Department Head to discuss the upcoming 90-day onboarding process for the new trainers you recently hired. Guarantee the onboarding process is designed to maximize the effective development of your new hires.
After lunch, take one of your clients through an intense one-hour workout, specifically designed for the rehabilitation of a long-standing injury. Next, speak with a member to positively resolve a customer service issue.
Following an interview with a potential trainer, develop a way to promote an upcoming TEAM fitness class to promote 100% participation. Round out your day with a walk around the fitness floor, ensuring that your team remains effective and motivated!
Qualifications:
* Four year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field preferred.
* One to two years of personal training and program design experience preferred.
* One year of supervisory experience preferred.
* Life Time Fitness Level 4 Trainer preferred.
* Personal Training Certification required (minimum of one): ACE, ACSM, NASM, NATA, NSCA, Cooper Institute, NPTI. CPR/AED Certification required within 6 months of hire.
