Description
As a member of the sales management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction, development, and management of the sales revenue for Life Time Fitness.
As a Sales Department Head, one of the best rewards of this role is your ability to positively impact your team member's success.
Your responsibilities will challenge you to further develop your leadership skills. With the help of your General Manager, you will master the SDH role, thereby demonstrating your readiness and ability towards promotion into a GM role.
Responsibilities
Meet daily, weekly and monthly with Member Advisors one-on-one to review business plans and business development, gaining commitment from your team in regards to personal and team revenue goals.
Mentor Member Advisors and provide feedback and inspiration to help improve and develop stronger sales and customer service skills.
Recruit, interview, and train all new sales staff. Make hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination recommendations to the General Manager.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Proven success as a member advisor and/or assistant sales department head preferred.
Personal passion/commitment for living a healthy way of life
Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferred.
