As an Assistant Sales Department Head, your responsibilities will challenge you to develop your leadership skills. With the help of your SDH, you will master the ASDH role, thereby demonstrating your readiness to lead your own sales team.

Responsibilities
Continue to excel in personal sales while being a model for team members to follow.
Demonstrate capacity for driving sales by having ownership of the weekend production.
Work closely with the Sales Department Head to learn and develop skills necessary to lead a successful sales team.
Qualifications:
College degree preferred.
Proven success as a member advisor.
Personal passion/commitment for living a healthy way of life
Management experience preferred.
