Feel like a fish out of water? Join our team of aquatics enthusiasts who are dedicated to providing a safe and exciting aquatic experience for our members of all ages and experience levels. Our typical three-pool arena boasts over 25,000 square feet of water, offering a fun environment unlike any other.
Our aquatics team is filled with passionate swim instructors who enjoy inspiring and educating members of all ages and ability levels.
Responsibilities
Lead group, private and semi-private swim lessons to all ages and ability levels.
Create a fun and inviting learning environment to ensure a positive member experience.
Build strong relationships with participants and continually recommend classes based on skill levels.
Complete a 21 hour certification program through Life Time Fitness.
Qualifications:
Working toward or have obtained high school diploma
One year experience teaching or working with children
Swim experience preferred
Experience teaching or coaching swim lessons preferred
Red Cross Lifeguard and First Aid Certification preferred
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire
