Work to provide clean and orderly locker rooms for our members and ensure common areas are maintained and orderly. Your ability to multi-task and handle emergency situations is essential in this autonomous position. Our advanced technology also requires the ability to operate simple machinery and tools that will help you with your day to day tasks.

Whether helping a member find a key, changing a light bulb, or vacuuming the locker room, you will surely find your niche at Life Time Fitness!

Responsibilities

Start your shift in your assigned locker room with light and heavy cleaning task ensuring they are neat, orderly, and well-stocked.

Next, utilize your multi-tasking skills by performing various reoccurring maintenance tasks. Build relationships with members as you move about the locker room, greeting them as you go about your day. Allow your enthusiasm to shine while completing your daily tasks.

Continuously be courteous to members as you ensure the club is in tip-top shape. Ensure operational projects and tasks do not interfere with the member's use of the club. Wash, fold, and stock member towels throughout your busy shift while in the locker room.

Round out your day by checking in with your supervisor who will sign off when your tasks have been completed.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED Preferred * Six-months to one-year customer service experience * CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
