As a member of the LifeSpa team, you be responsible for providing salon & spa services in a professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Use your spa and salon expertise to manage all aspects of the LifeSpa, a full service salon and day spa located inside Life Time Fitness. - Monitor LifeSpa profit and loss statement and make necessary adjustments based on budgetary guidelines. Strong administrative, operational and computer skills are required for this position. - Utilize your superior customer service skills and extensive managerial experience to develop strong relationships with members while leading a winning team. Continually mentor, motivate and inspire your team to provide a member experience of uncompromising quality. - Represent LifeSpa by promoting our programs, products, and services while maintaining an inviting, community-like environment for members and your team of technicians. Managers are required to drive service and retail sales through education and promotional campaigns designed or supported by LifeSpa. - Commitment to the LifeSpa Mission, Vision and Core Values in supporting your team of technicians to consistently increase guest retention and service sales, as well as maintain minimum retail sales goals.

Qualifications:

- Salon, Spa, Hospitality or Retail leadership experience preferred. - Experience working with Microsot Excel, Word and PowerPoint products.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience working in an active salon/spa - Self-starter who is comfortable and confident networking and actively reaching out to prospective customers to build client base - Professional presentation, technical ability and relationship building are the keys to long-term success - Must be able to excel in an environment that sets goals, tracks progress, and strives for growth - Ability to recognize and understand that recommending retail products reinforces their personal technical expertise for their clients - Willing to travel for a minimum of five days immediately upon start date and/or date of hire
