Description
As a specialized member of the Personal Training Team, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall direction and implementation of the TEAM Training programs. Provide development and guidance to the TEAM instructors to ensure the highest level of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities
Use your persuasive sales ability to promote TEAM programs within the club and community. Coordinate marketing and demonstration classes to support full attendance in all TEAM programs. Work with the Personal Training Department Head to manage TEAM program budget, equipment reservation, and inventory.
Manage TEAM program instructors and assist in hiring, mentoring, professional development, and payroll. Encourage your staff to continuously develop and maintain positive relationships with one another and with course participants.
Coordinate the TEAM program schedule to ensure a consistent and effective class schedule. Manage the TEAM environment to guarantee a friendly and inviting member experience.
Qualifications:
Four year degree in kinesiology, sports medicine, or related field preferred.
Completion of Life Time Fitness education, including: - 02 Program - Multi-Training System
- Polar RS200 Fundamentals
- TEAM Weight Loss Program
- Polar RS 400 and P5 Software Fundamentals
Experience teaching or participating in TEAM Programs.
Experience with heart rate training.
Cardiovascular endurance athlete preferred.
NASM CPT or CGT required.
CPR/AED Certification and First Aid required.
