General Summary
LifePower Team Member, responsible for membership sales, front desk customer service, business administration and maintaining the cleanliness and operation of the club. Responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and high level knowledge of Life Time Fitness products and services. Sell and promote Life Time Fitness memberships, programs, services, and products by motivating prospective members to begin working toward their fitness goals. Continue personalized relationships with each new and existing club member. Maintain the business and marketing strategies to increase membership sales and Life Time Fitness products and services. Ensure facility (e.g. locker rooms) is clean, neat, orderly, and well-stocked to ensure a positive member experience. Responsible for completing daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Sales/Member Engagement
* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals with persistent and enthusiastic outreach. * Build and maintain personalized relationships with prospective and current members. * Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement in products and services that align with the unique needs, interests and goals of the prospective member.
Customer Service/Front Desk
* Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner * Attentively and promptly respond to member needs * Admit members by scanning their membership cards and appropriately respond to messages regarding their account
Facility Operations
* Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks * Wash, fold, and stock member towels * Ensure the locker rooms are neat, orderly and well-stocked * Ensure Operations projects and tasks do not interfere with member's use of the club * Be courteous to members and respectful of their privacy in the locker rooms * Continually use the "five- sense" model throughout the club
Business Administration
* Processes, member cancellations, down grades, add-ons, and refunds * Process member paperwork, including address changes, electronic funds transfers and payments * Orders and maintains supplies for all departments * Process terminations, new hires, status changes, and payroll paperwork
Qualifications:
* College degree preferred * Personal passion/commitment for living a healthy way of life * 1-3 years of customer service or sales experience
Licenses / Certifications / Registration:
* CPR/AED certification required within the thirty days of hire
