Life Time Fitness offers an incredible kids activities/child care center for ages 3 months to 11 years with opportunities for children to enjoy our play mazes, junior sport court and eMac computer center. As a Kids Activities Team Member, you will provide members and their children with a safe, healthy and inviting environment in which to grow and learn while allowing parents to experience a healthy way of life.

Responsibilities
On a part time or full time basis, assist the Kids Activities Department Head with the day-to-day operations of the Kids Activities/Child Center.
Provide members with a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for children to play and parents to feel comfortable while working out in the club.
Work in the child center as a role model to ensure all team members provide exceptional customer service and interact with children at all times.
Assist in the management of the Kids Activities programs and events within budgetary guidelines, which includes promoting and selling all children's programs, including birthday parties and summer camps.
Qualifications:
Working toward or has obtained high school diploma
At least 6 months of experience in a child care environment
Supervisory experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications
First Aid preferred or required within the first 60 days of hire
Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire
