Life Time Fitness offers an incredible child care center for ages 3 months to 11 years with opportunities for children to enjoy our play mazes, junior sport court and eMac computer center.
As a Child Center Team Member, you will provide members and their children with a safe, healthy and inviting environment in which to grow and learn while allowing parents to experience a healthy way of life.

Responsibilities
Act as an integral partner to the Department Head with the overall direction, coordination and management of the Child Center.
Ensure continuous professional growth and development of the Child Center Team Members.
Make sure team members provide a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for children to play and parents to feel comfortable while working out in the club.
Assist with maintaining the monthly and annual department budget.
Promote and sell all children's programs, including birthday parties and summer camps.
Qualifications:
College Degree in education or related field preferred
One year of experience in a child care environment
One year of supervisory experience preferred
Licenses/Certifications
First Aid preferred or required within the first 60 days of hire
Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED required within the first 60 days of hire
